Commissioning works
Commissioning is the final stage of almost all activities related to the installation, connection, commissioning and commissioning of any equipment. NDT electrical equipment is produced by experienced specialists from the electrical installation personnel who have the appropriate permits and permits, upon completion of commissioning, the objects are transferred to the customer. Our company carries out similar work on the territory of Moscow and the Moscow region.
This is an important and responsible stage, because during the adjustment of electrical equipment, adjustment of electrical parameters and its complex testing, the characteristics of electrical equipment are brought into line with those laid down in the design. During the commissioning, the readiness of electrical equipment for continuous operation in normal mode is checked.
Any electrical equipment is specific and each object needs an individual approach, however, all commissioning can be divided into four stages.
Preparatory stage. At this stage of commissioning, a comprehensive check of all elements of electrical equipment for compliance with documentation is carried out in order to identify possible problems when putting the facility into operation. A full list of upcoming events is being compiled.
Test launches. They provide for checking individual components and equipment blocks at the end of installation (protection elements, automation, control, etc.), cable lines are checked for resistance to temporary overloads. The results of the checks are recorded with the transfer of the protocols to the customer.
Introductory stage. Electrical equipment is being put into operation. Step-by-step testing is carried out in individual tests of individual sections of the system responsible for protection, management, control, blocking, switching to backup power, alarm. The control and emergency automation equipment undergoes optimal settings for operating modes. After testing the electrical equipment, it is considered to be put into operation. Protocols for setting up electrical equipment together with working diagrams are transmitted to the customer.
Comprehensive testing. At the final stage, the operation of all electrical equipment systems is checked in the provided operating modes in the range from the unloaded state to the maximum power. The interaction and correct collaboration of all nodes and circuits is checked. The commissioning works are being completed with a comprehensive testing.
Commissioning is a whole complex of various activities, the volumes and types of which depend on the individual characteristics of electrical equipment, however, a standard set of operations is often used:
the project documentation is analyzed;
emergency automatic systems are being tested and configured;
the operability of the RCD is checked;
the AVR is being configured;
insulation resistance is measured;
the operability of automation is checked;
the protective grounding circuit is being tested;
relay protection devices are being checked;
switching devices are checked and configured;
high voltage tests of various equipment are carried out.
The end of the commissioning works is considered to be the receipt of the operating modes of electrical equipment and the parameters provided for by the project. Acceptance of commissioning works is carried out by the customer after providing a complete set of documentation.
